Shawn has been with OSPTI since opening in 2003.
Shawn graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St Scholastica, Duluth, MN in 1999 and her BA from St. Cloud State University in Biomedical Science, Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. As a physical therapy she gained experience in several orthopedic, hospital, and nursing home settings. Shawn enjoys treating patients of all ages, orthopedic pain and joint rehabilitation, sports therapy, dry needling, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and many other conditions. Shawn and her husband Chris live in Breckenridge with their three children. They enjoy participating in community activities and their time at the lake.
Becky, a Physical Therapist, has been with OSPTI since 2012.
Becky graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2001. She received her certification in lymphedema and edema management in 2002 from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Becky’s special interests include dry needling, working with patients with TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, training in postural restoration, and craniosacral therapies. Becky enjoys helping to serve patients in her hometown community, and lives in Wahpeton with her husband and two children.
Taylor, a Physical Therapist, has been with OSPTI since 2021.
Taylor graduated from NDSU with his undergrad, majoring in Zoology. He then graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, ND. He has special interests in treating a variety of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and vertigo. Taylor lives with his wife, son, and dog in Barnesville, MN. His hobbies include being outdoors with his dog, hunting, golfing, time at the lake, spending time with family and friends, and most of all fun shirt Friday’s at OSPTI!
Kari Miller, Patient Wellness Coordinator has been with OSPTI since 2025.
Kari graduated from NDSCS with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Office Administration. She lives in Wahpeton with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys spending time with family, dog Elsa, gardening and doing DIY projects.
Rizzi, a Physical Therapy Assistant, has been with OSPTI since 2009.
Rizzi graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN with an Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2009. Her interests include orthopedics and sport medicine. Rizzi also specializes in Postural Restoration and Strain-Counterstrain techniques. Rizzi lives in Wahpeton with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys sports including volleyball, basketball, biking, swimming and half marathons.
Ali an Occupational Therapist, has been with OSPTI since 2013
Ali graduated from Luther College in 1999 with her Bachelor of Arts in biology. She then graduated with her Masters in Occupation Therapy from the University of MN in 2002. Her special interests include feeding, vision, fine motor skill and early development, and torticollis. Ali is married with three kids. They live in Wyndmere, ND raising cows, goats, sheep, and chickens!

Kristi graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy in December of 2001.She has special interests in shoulders, arms, and edema/swelling. Kristi lives in Fergus Falls, MN with her husband and her two daughters. Kristi enjoys scrapbooking and reading.
Desiree, an Occupational Therapist, has been with OSPTI since 2015.
Desiree graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Desiree has an interest in orthopedics, work site wellness, and pediatrics. Desiree lives in Wahpeton with her husband and three children. She enjoys baking, cooking, and camping with her family.
Stacie has been with OSPTI since 2012.
Stacie graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at NDSCS in 2012. Her interests include pediatrics, orthopedics and worksite wellness. She currently lives in Breckenridge with her husband and two sons. She enjoys camping, going to the lake, spending time with friends and family, watching her children in their sports and activities and going to the farm with her boys to feed the cows.
Samantha has been with OSPTI since 2014.
Samantha graduated with her Liberal Arts Degree from North Dakota State College of Science before heading to Minnesota State University of Moorhead where she earned a bachelor degree in Speech- Language and Hearing Science. Samantha lives in Breckenridge with her husband and two children. Samantha enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dog Jax, and running.
Chris has been with OSPTI since 2004.
Chris graduated from NDSU with a Business Management Degree. Chris wears many hats here at OSPTI. He feels it is important for OSPTI to be involved in the community and takes pride in doing different events. Chris lives in Breckenridge, MN with his wife Shawn and their 3 children. Chris enjoys going to his children’s sporting events, time at the lake, and fishing.
Jaynell has been with OSPTI since 2022.
Jaynell graduated from M State with her degree in Nursing LPN. Jaynell lives in Fergus Falls, MN with her twin boys. She enjoys skating, art, spending time at the lake, being involved in the community, and shopping.
