Water is an excellent exercise medium for a wide variety of people. Its natural buoyancy allows freedom of movement without jarring or putting strain on the body. With our water aerobics you will be able to strengthen muscles and get in shape!

- Any one class $35.00 a month
- A class is 8 Sessions -- 2 sessions/ week for 4 weeks
- A one time drop in trial fee is $5.00
- If a class size is under six (6) people, the class may be cancelled
- You can sign up for 2 separate times only if there is room on the register list
- Please register at the front desk and register early as classes do fill up
- If needed there may be additional classes offered, please inform desk if you have suggestions as to another class or time
